Privacy, data access, and deletion rights.

Nudge AI helps solopreneurs track relationships and follow up on time. This policy explains what we collect, how Gmail access works, and how you can export or delete your data.

What we collect

We collect your account email, authentication data, relationship records, AI memory, waitlist submissions, and usage data required to run the product. We do not collect your password because authentication is handled through Supabase and OAuth.

How Gmail access works

When you connect Gmail, Google grants Nudge AI access through OAuth. We use Gmail scopes to read sent mail, read received mail, and send emails only when you click Send inside Nudge. We do not delete emails, and we do not read attachments.

How we use your data

Your data is used to build daily follow-up briefs, relationship memory, pipeline context, and proposal drafts. We do not sell your data. We do not share your account data with advertisers.

Processors and storage

Nudge AI uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, Google for Gmail OAuth, Anthropic for AI generation, and Resend for transactional email when enabled.

GDPR and deletion

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time. If you want your Gmail connection removed, your profile deleted, or your waitlist record erased, email hey@nudgeai360.com.
