Using the service

Nudge AI is provided for business use by freelancers, consultants, and small teams. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and the messages you choose to send through the platform.

Plans and billing

Paid subscriptions and implementation packages are billed according to the plan or proposal you accept. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Implementation services may include scoped setup, training, and advisory work.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nudge AI for spam, fraud, illegal outreach, or abusive behavior. We may suspend access if the service is used in a way that creates legal, operational, or platform risk.

Data and security

You retain ownership of your data. Gmail access is granted through OAuth and can be revoked by you at any time. We use third-party providers including Supabase, Google, Anthropic, and Resend to operate the service.

Service availability

We work to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI outputs should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for final outreach and client communication decisions.
